The dental sector will see Saudization in two phases. A 45% rate will be enforced starting July 27, 2025, growing to 55% the following year. From October 27, 2025, accounting firms employing five or more accountants will implement a five-year Saudization plan, beginning at 40% and gradually increasing to 70%.
